SALON MANAGER | DOWNTOWN SANTA ROSA

Lash Co is looking for a Salon Manager to join our team. This person will provide top tier customer service to our clients & support our staff. They must have strong leadership skills & be able to provide coaching & professional development to other salon employees.The Salon Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the salon, including business performance & client experience. This position is critical to the livelihood of the salon & contributes to the positive reputation & overall culture.

Management experience required. Beauty business experience a plus, but not required.

Skills and Tasks required of this candidate, including but not limited to:

Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Strong customer service skills and is customer focused.

Initiates self learning and is comfortable educating clients on products and services offered.

Well organized, detail oriented, and identifies additional tasks to be completed.

Exhibits sound judgement and adheres strictly to the Lash Co standards of salon operations.

Forms strong working relationships within the team and creates a teamwork environment.

Makes leadership decisions in the salon and acts as a liaison between the stylists and salon owner.

Be proficient and educated in working the POS software, transactions, & manage end of day cash reconciliation.

Resolve issues such as scheduling conflicts, customer complaints, and general salon maintenance to keep everything running and looking its best.

Aide in the cleanliness of the salon including stocking, merchandising, cleaning and whatever is required to keep the salon looking top-notch.

Educating client and staff on retail products.

Manage social media, market the salon, and help build the brand.

Manage and track sales and other data as needed.

Manage inventory.

Work with front desk staff to manage the appointment scheduling for clients, proper handling of ingoing and outgoing calls, emails, and text messages.

Position is currently 4 days a week, Saturdays required.
